We are unable to fulfill the TRI DRI range of clothing for the foresable future due to supplier closure. This covers all items from the brand TRI DRI. You can still place orders for this brand but orders wont be dispatched until after the supplier reopens. We currently dont know when this will be. Orders that contain TRI DRI orders will be split and part orders will be sent out with other items with the TRI DRI items remaining on hold until production can resume.
Due to social distancing in place there may be a small delay of 2-3 days on orders placed due to reduced production staff during the coronavirus outbreak. We are trying to keep order disruption to a miniumum but please allow a few extra days for production and delivery. It is a busy time for both ourselves and our delivery partners Royal Mail.

Coronavirus Update 24 March
We currently are not experiencing any problems with either getting goods in from suppliers or sending orders out. Royal Mail is continuing to operate and collect and deliver orders from us. DPD are continuing to deliver in supplies from all of our UK suppliers. Our catalogue of products remain in good supply and we are in constant daily contact with all suppliers monitoring the situation across the UK and the world. We have increased the volume of stock we hold in our own warehouse across the product range and have increased the stock of consumables such as printer ink and transfer papers. If stock starts to become an issue and this situation changes we will provide a further update.
Dispatch times across the Two Fifteen product range remain unchanged. We still have all machinery and staff operating as normal and we are monitoring this on a daily basis and will provide updates if we expect delays to order dispatch.
In terms of Royal Mail. For all customers who are self-isolating and need a order delivered that does not fit through their letterbox, the item will be placed at the door. Royal Mail said postal workers will knock on the door then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. This is also the same for larger orders going with Parcelforce. Orders with parcelforce that would normally be signed will not be signed for but instead will be marked as delivered by the delivery driver.
Coronavirus Update 18 March
At Two Fifteen, we have been actively monitoring the outbreak of Covid-19. Our top priority is, of course, the health and well-being of our team and customers whilst ensuring we continue to maintain our high level of service and support and follow the advice of the UK Government.
We want to advise and reassure our customers regarding the supply of goods. Our UK printing facility is operating as normal and orders are continuing to be printed and dispatched within the normal time frames listed across our website. We are monitoring the situation with our carriers Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD and will update if there are any changes to production or shipping.
Internally we have taken measures to minimise any risks:
Strict hygiene standards are being followed at both sites, with more frequent cleaning, hand sanitiser and disinfectant sprays available to all plus lots of handwashing.
Office and customer service personnel to be working from home. Production staff working ares to be spaced further apart avoiding close contact.
All non-essential travel and business trips have been cancelled. We have suspended customer tours and meetings around our facility for the foresable future.
However we do still want to adopt a “business as usual“ policy and will continue to print and send orders out as normal, with our personnel following the strictest hygiene standards, whilst guidelines allow.
We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to our policy as the news unfolds.
