Etsy Integration Live Update
Wednesday 5th April 9.30am:
We have deployed a script to reimport affected orders from Etsy. These orders will begin to show in your account within the next 24 hours. Our system is cancelling the old incorrect orders. Refunds will be processed for older orders that have already been paid for. We will provide a further update later.
Tuesday 4th April 10am:
We are aware of an error where the API is not sending across the country for shipping on some orders. This is causing the shipping country to default to the first available country in our list of shipping countries, Afghanistan. We have put in place a failsafe so that no orders will be sent to Afghanistan. We are working to issue a fix. Any orders where customers have been charged more will be automatically issued a refund for the additional postage.
Tuesday 4th April 9am:
We are aware of an issue where products cannot be exported from Two Fifteen to Etsy. The error mentions that the listing cannot be exported due to no associated images. We are currently investigating this issue.
We have been updating our Etsy integration to use Etsy's new API v3 as they have retired v2. During the past 24 hours we have been made aware of a number of issues that have been caused by this update.
We are currently aware of an issue regarding our Etsy integration. On the 3rd April 2023 Etsy have moved to V3 of their API and have retired V2 of their API. This has caused problems for our integration. This has caused problems on both the exporting of products and also the importing of orders.
We have been working since being made aware of these issues to get them resolved and get the integration back working normally. As we make these changes we are aware of a number of issues that the integration is causing.
We are working round the clock to fix the Etsy Integration and will provide further updates once we have fixed the issue.
We apologise for any distress or inconvience this causes and we know how important it is to resolve this in a timely manner.
Once we have resolved this matter we will look into how we can prevent such issues happening in the future.
Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve these issues.
