Wonderful customer service. I was having some issues with the way the print colour was turning out on my products - I emailed customer service about my concerns and I got a phone call the next day from someone at Twofifteen and he explained why the problem was occurring and what I could do to fix it. Best customer service experience I've had with POD so far :)

I ordered promo t-shirts for an event i was putting on. everything arrived and the print quality was excellent. The one critic is that the shirts had a strong smell of vinegar. Not sure if that is something used in their process, so be mindful, if you are buying to resell, you may want to wash them first.

Amazing could not be happier, was looking for a very specific type of water bottle and found similar ones for £30+ on ETSY but was over the moon with the custom one had made for a quarter of the cost
And arrived 48 hours after requesting could not be more pleased

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Two Fifteen! From start to finish, they've been exceptional. Their team is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. In reality this rating is a 4.5 but they don't give you that option.
- Quality of t-shirt and print was great.
- Ease of ordering was also great
- My only tiny negative was when I customised my design I put the print artwork more in the bottom left and on the final garment it arrived centered and enlarged to fit nearly the whole area.
I will definitely use them again.

For my print-on-demand needs, I've been utilising Two Fifteen Clothing for a while, and I'm really pleased with the service they offer. This company has surpassed my expectations in every aspect, from the calibre of their products to their outstanding customer service.
First and foremost, the quality of the prints on their clothing is outstanding. The colours are vibrant, the images are crisp, and the durability of the prints is top-notch. I've washed items countless times, and they still look as good as new.
However, Two Fifteen's commitment to customer happiness is what really makes them stand apart. Their support staff has always been really helpful and quick to answer any questions I've had. I can't recommend Two Fifteen Clothing highly enough

Created an order with them, albeit for 2 x blank garments - as I like the product so wanted a couple of personal items.
They then send me an email saying "We have refunded the order as we are not permitted to sell blank products". Not even an email to say "Sorry about this, we require customisation" and offer alternatives.
Under what logic does this make sense? Surely this would be an "easy" sale due to involving next to nothing in terms of printing cost or labour whatsoever?
Would avoid completely in the future.

I have used Twofifteen since I have started my small business and I have to say they are fantastic.
Everything printed and shipped with accuracy and in very good time.

I've been using TwoFifteen as my production partner for my Etsy store since April this year. I have found them to be very efficient and quick at turning around orders. Their customer service team are always on hand to help. Tom and Michelle are particularly patient and supportive when I've had any questions or issues. I highly recommend using them for any print/production needs you might have.
