In the t-shirt world, this Gildan® Ultra Cotton™ long sleeve tee is a true classic. The fabric is heartier and thicker than most – a full 200 gsm of 100% cotton softness and strength. Neat rib cuffs and a twin-needle bottom hem look neat and last long. Take advantage of the fabric heft and density to make any sort of imprint or embroidery looks its best.

* Ash: 99% cotton, 1% polyester; Dark Heather, Safety Green, Safety Orange: 50% cotton, 50% polyester; Sport Grey: 90% cotton, 10% polyester.

Washing instructions: Machine wash warm. Wash inside out with like colours. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

File Type
Submit files in PNG or JPEG format.
Resolution
Use at least 200 DPI.
Use 300 DPI for best results.
Colour Profile
Create files using the sRGB colour profile.
Templates
Delete the guide layers before saving your file.
Tips for best results
- Create designs at 300 DPI.
Simply changing the resolution value in your file won’t improve print quality. If your graphic’s resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it. - Avoid semi-transparent designs.
Semi-transparent graphics do not print well. We recommend using solid colours whenever possible.
Disclaimers
- We do not print white ink on white garments.
- When printing on bright coloured garments, ink may appear slightly translucent. This is most noticeable on red, orange, yellow and other bright coloured garments.
- Slight variations in print placement may occur as garments are loaded by hand. We reserve the right to scale designs for smaller garment sizes.
