Kids high energy lives take a toll on their clothes – but this Gildan® Heavy Cotton™ t-shirt is equal to the challenge. The soft cotton Jersey feels soothing on tender young skin, yet at a stout 180 gsm fabric weight, it can easily handle the thrills, spills and frequent laundering of childhood.

* Ash: 99% cotton, 1% polyester; Sport Grey: 90% cotton, 10% polyester; Graphite Heather: 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
Weight: White - 175 gsm, Colours - 180 gsm
Washing instructions: Machine wash warm. Wash inside out with like colours. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

File Type
Submit files in PNG or JPEG format.
Resolution
Use at least 200 DPI.
Use 300 DPI for best results.
Colour Profile
Create files using the sRGB colour profile.
Templates
Delete the guide layers before saving your file.
Tips for best results
- Create designs at 300 DPI.
Simply changing the resolution value in your file won’t improve print quality. If your graphic’s resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it. - Avoid semi-transparent designs.
Semi-transparent graphics do not print well. We recommend using solid colours whenever possible.
Disclaimers
- We do not print white ink on white garments.
- When printing on bright coloured garments, ink may appear slightly translucent. This is most noticeable on red, orange, yellow and other bright coloured garments.
- Slight variations in print placement may occur as garments are loaded by hand. We reserve the right to scale designs for smaller garment sizes.
