  • Create designs at 300 DPI.
    Simply changing the resolution value in your file won’t improve print quality. If your graphic’s resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it.
  • Avoid semi-transparent designs.
    Semi-transparent graphics do not print well. We recommend using solid colours whenever possible.

They are really good mugs, I have a few as samples that I've been using regularly at home. They sink wash really well inside and out, the print hasn't come off after months of use. I don't have a dishwasher so can't comment on that. I've tried a few mug suppliers in the past and Two Fifteen mugs are by far the best.

They usually print and ship within 2 days of order which is a really good bonus as customers hate to wait!

Having sold 100 + of these mugs now, all I've had are 5-star reviews from my customers and only the odd breakage when delivering over seas (when it looked like the delivery van had driven over the parcel... not Two Fifteen's fault).
