Due to the hand-crafted nature of enamel mugs, you may find slight imperfections in the finish, the odd blemish, or minor lumps and bumps. Designs with simple elements and no block colours tend to offer the best results.

Submit files in PNG or JPEG format.

Resolution

Use at least 200 DPI.
Use 300 DPI for best results.

Colour Profile

Create files using the sRGB colour profile.

Delete the guide layers before saving your file.

Tips for best results

• Create designs at 300 DPI.
  Simply changing the resolution value in your file won’t improve print quality. If your graphic’s resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it.
• Avoid semi-transparent designs.
  Semi-transparent graphics do not print well. We recommend using solid colours whenever possible.
