File Guidelines
File Type
Submit files in PNG or JPEG format.
DPI
Files need to be at least 200 DPI.
For best results use files that are
300 DPI.
Colour Profile
Create files in RGB color profile

If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your file
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
- Create designs at 300 DPI
Simply typing in a new resolution value into the file won't result in a higher resolution print. If your graphic's resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it. - Avoid semi-transparent designs
Semi-transparent graphics don't print well in DTG printing. We advise using solid colors where possible
DTG DISCLAIMERS
- We don't print white ink on white garments.
- When printing on bright coloured garments, the ink may appear translucent. This is most evident on red, orange, yellow and other bright coloured garments.
- There might be slight discrepancies in print placement due to garments being hand loaded. We reserve the right to scale prints for smaller garment sizes.

Packaging
All orders are shipped using eco-friendly 100% plastic-free packaging.
The packaging that we use for an order depends upon the products that are being shipped. We take into account both the finished visual look and how much protection is needed for the parcel to arrive safely.
The packaging is plain with no mention of Two Fifteen.

Smash Proof Boxes
To ship mugs or bottles we use custom made smash proof boxes. Each mug ships in its own white smash proof box. These boxes are designed to protect the mug or bottle during transit from breakages.

Paper Mailing Bags
Most clothing and giftware orders will ship in a brown paper mailing bag. The t‑shirt or hoodie is wrapped in tissue paper before being packaged in an eco-friendly brown paper mailing bag. The bags are FSC certified meaning that they are manufactured from sustainable sources. They are also weather proof and 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

Paper Bubble Wrap
For items that need extra protection we use paper bubble wrap. This plastic free alternative to bubble wrap ensures that your product arrives safely.

Do Not Bend Envelopes
Both the A3 and A4 art prints are packaged in brown reinforced paper envelopes. As well as being plastic free these envelopes are reinforced with a layer of cardboard. They are printed with the message: “Please do not bend”.
